Order Processing

We process orders Monday through Friday.
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days and shipped the following day after processing. Please note that we do not ship on weekends.

Cancelling an Order

If you wish to cancel an order, please email cs@nolaras.com as soon as possible.

• Orders cannot be canceled once they have been processed or shipped.

• Orders canceled before processing or shipping will incur no cancellation fee.

Unclaimed Orders

Nolaras is not responsible for packages that are:

• Refused

• Unclaimed

• Undeliverable

• Returned due to incorrect or incomplete address

Customs, Duties & Taxes

• Customs fees, import duties, and sales tax are the responsibility of the customer.

• Delivery may be delayed if customs requires additional checks or documentation.

Separate Packages

Orders may be split into multiple packages for reasons such as:

• Items on backorder

• Weight restrictions imposed by the postal service

Important Notes

• Ensure all delivery information is accurate. Incorrect or missing information may cause delays.

• Customs clearance may delay delivery beyond estimated times.

• Packages may be delivered by your local post office or courier. If you are not home, a notice card will advise how to collect your package.

• If you don’t receive a response from our Customer Service team within 24 hours on weekdays or 48 hours on weekends, please check your Spam/Junk folder. Our emails may be filtered incorrectly.
