At Nolaras, we want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase. If you experience any shipping or product issues, or have any concerns, please email us at cs@nolaras.com and our team will assist you promptly.
Important: Always provide your full and accurate address. Incomplete addresses may delay delivery or prevent order processing.
Return Policy
Not Happy with Your Order?
You may return products within 90 days of receipt if you are not satisfied. To qualify:

The item must be unused and in the same condition as received.

It should be in its original packaging.

A receipt or proof of purchase is required.
Please contact cs@nolaras.com before sending your return to ensure it reaches the correct address.

Shipping Fees:

If the return is due to customer preference (wrong size, color, or change of mind), the customer is responsible for shipping costs.

If the return is due to Nolaras’ error (damaged, defective, or incorrect item), we cover the return shipping.

Note: Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your product is defective or damaged:

Email cs@nolaras.com with a photo showing the damage or quality issue.

Place the item on a flat surface, including the tag and damaged area clearly visible.
We will send a replacement as soon as the issue is confirmed. You do not need to return the defective item.
Cancellation Policy
Cancelling Unshipped Orders
You may cancel your order before it ships or is produced for a full refund.
Cancelling Shipped Orders
If your order is already in transit, you must refuse the delivery. Once the parcel begins its return journey, we will issue a refund minus shipping costs.
Please note: We cannot recall parcels already in transit.
Warranty
Our warranty covers manufacturing defects only. It does not cover:

Accidental damage

Improper care
-
Normal wear and tear

Color or material changes from sun exposure

After-market modifications

Water damage
Products outside these conditions are not eligible for return or exchange.
Refund Policy
You may request a refund if:

The product is non-functional or damaged.

You did not receive your order within 90 business days (South America orders only).
Refund Process:

Refunds are issued to your original payment method.

Credit/debit card refunds are processed within 7–10 business days after we receive the returned item or confirm cancellation.
If you haven’t received a refund:

Check your bank or PayPal balance (processing may be delayed).

Contact your bank or card issuer (refunds can take 3–5 business days).

Shipping Costs & Relisting Fees

Customers cover return shipping for non-defective items.

Nolaras covers return shipping for defective, damaged, missing, or wrong items.
